Although this Privacy Policy applies to all these services, we have also formulated certain explicit supplementary terms on privacy right for specific services, which contain other information about our information processing practices. III. How We Use Information

The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services, and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws. You hereby agree that we will process your personal information for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, and agree to disclose it to us and third-party service providers. We may use the collected personal information for the following purposes:

Create your Shengquan Group account. Use the personal information collected when creating the aforesaid account through website or mobile devices to establish the user’s personal Shengquan Group account and data page.

Process your order. Information related to e-commerce orders can be used to process the purchase orders and related after-sales services, including customer support and re-delivery. In addition, the order number will be used for cross check of the delivery partner’s order and the actual delivery of package. The consignee information, including the name, address, telephone number and postal code, will be used for delivery, and email address will be used to send package tracking information to users. The list of purchased items will be used to print invoices and allow customers to determine the items in the package.

Enable you to activate, control and use the devices. To control Shengquan Group’s devices attributable to you, you need to log in to your account on corresponding APP, and complete network distribution and binding procedures of the devices normally. Then, you can control the devices remotely or within the LAN through APP. Part of Shengquan Group’s devices need to be activated before use. In the process of activation, relevant device information is required, including MAC address, machine code, TYPEID, WIFI password, etc. If the activation fails, we may read the relevant device information and log information to evaluate reasons for the failure in activation. Meanwhile, you may need to use such information as user name/password, etc. to control your networked devices.

Provide location-based services. When you enjoy certain services of Shengquan Group, we or the third-party service providers may use location information to provide you with the correct version of services and accurate location, so that you can obtain the best user experience as good as possible. For example, by reading your location information, we can know the nearest warehouse and estimate the delivery time, or estimate the distance from your location to your home, and remind you to turn on certain devices of Shengquan Group in advance when you are going home and to turn off certain devices of Shengquan Group when you leave home, etc. You can turn off this function at any time by setting or stopping using this application in corresponding devices.

Collect user feedback. The feedback you choose to provide is extremely valuable to help Shengquan Group improve its services. In order to track the feedback, Shengquan Group may contact you according to the personal information provided by you and keep records correspondingly.

Evaluate and analyze the market, customers, products and services (including asking for your opinions on our products and services and conducting customer surveys) to improve the user experience. We may combine the personal information from a certain service with the information from other services to improve relevant services and develop new products and services. We may make use of the data of certain opt-in functions (e.g., user experience program) to analyze how users use devices and services of Shengquan Group, so as to improve the user experience.

Provide you with community interactive service. You can participate in the user community of Shengquan Group to communicate with other users in the community. Your personal information such as your avatar, nickname and so on will be displayed on the forum page.

Send notices. We may send important notices according to your personal information from time to time, such as logistics information about purchases, and changes in our terms, conditions and policies.

Manage promotional activities such as lucky draw. If you participate in lucky draw, competition or similar promotional activities, the information provided by you will be used for the management of such activities. If you win a prize, we may include your mobile phone number or nickname in the list of winners after desensitization and publish the list. If this activity is jointly promoted by us and a third party, we may share the personal information (number of users participating in the activity, list of winners, contact information of winners) generated during the activity and necessary for completing the activity with them, so that the third party can give you prizes or provide services for you in a timely manner.

Provide other services of Shengquan Group.

Please note that the above application methods cover the major ways of Shengquan Group to use the personal information. Shengquan Group may provide users with more diversified services from time to time by updating website pages, APP version or device firmware. If we need to use the information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will ask for your consent again by means of signing a confirmation agreement, making a confirmation in specific scenarios, updating this privacy agreement, etc.

IV. How We Share Information

Without your consent, we will not share your information with any third party beyond Shengquan Group. However, we may share your information with the following third parties:

Affiliated companies of Shengquan Group. To facilitate us to provide services for you based on the unified account system of Shengquan Group platform, recommend the information in which you may be interested or protect the personal and property safety of Shengquan Group or other users or the public from damage, your personal information may be shared among affiliated companies of Shengquan Group. We will share the necessary personal information only (for example, we will share your necessary account information with the affiliated companies of Shengquan Group so that you can conveniently use the products or services of our affiliated companies by virtue of [Shengquan Group account]). If we share your personal sensitive information or the affiliated companies change the purpose of using and processing your personal information, we will seek for your authorization and consent again.

Authorized partners. We may share your information with our trusted authorized partners. We may share your account information, device information and location information with them to ensure that relevant services can be provided for you successfully. However, we will share your personal information only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific and definite purposes, and share the personal information necessary for providing relevant services only. Our partners have no right to use your personal information shared by us for any other purpose. At present, our authorized partners include the following types:

(2) Suppliers, service providers and other partners. We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following cases: 

After obtaining your explicit consent;

When it comes to merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, if it involves the transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization that holds your personal information to continuously be bound by this Privacy Policy, otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek for your authorization and consent again.

VI. How We Publicly Disclose Information

VII. General Storage Period
Unless otherwise expressly provided by law or permitted by you, we will retain your personal information only for a period required for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. To maintain the continuity of services and the consistency of user experience, the personal information will usually not be deleted immediately upon the completion of an individual service, for example, the delivery address in order history of the user. In order to enable the user to choose the delivery address more quickly in the next shopping, Shengquan Group will save the address until the user chooses to delete it in his own user settings.

VIII. How We Ensure the Security of Your Information
We have taken necessary security protection measures that comply with industry standards to protect the personal information you provide, so as to prevent the data from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. For example, when exchanging data (such as credit card information) between your browser and the “service”, the data will be subject to SSL encryption protection, and meanwhile, we will provide https safe browsing ways for part of relevant websites. Besides, we will adopt encryption techniques to ensure the confidentiality of data, employ md5 salting mechanism to save user passwords in a hash manner, and use the trusted protection mechanisms to prevent data from malicious attacks. In addition, we will deploy an access control mechanism to ensure that only authorized personnel can access the personal information. We will provide training courses on security and personal information protection to strengthen employees’ awareness of the importance of protecting the personal information. Shengquan Group will not be liable for any security vulnerability caused by the access of any third party to your personal information due to your failure to keep its privacy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any other user on the internet uses your account without authorization or in case of any other security vulnerability, you should inform us immediately. Your assistance will help us to protect the privacy of your personal information.

IX. What You Can Do
Access your personal information
You shall have the right to access your personal information. If you want to exercise your data access right, you can access relevant data by yourself in the following ways:

(1) Account information: If you hope to access or edit the personal information and payment information in your account, change your password, add security information or close your account, etc., you can log in to your account and perform relevant operations through the Settings.
(2) Other personal information: As long as we don’t need too much investment, we will provide you with other personal information generated during your use of our products or services. Please get in touch with us according to the contact information specified in Section XIV.
Correct your personal information

If any error is found in your personal information processed by us, you shall be entitled to make corrections by yourself or by us at your request. For account information, you can log in to your account and perform relevant operations through the Settings. For other personal information, please get in touch with us according to the contact information specified in Section XIV.

Delete your personal information
(1) If our behavior of processing your personal information violates relevant laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
(3) If our behavior of processing your personal information violates the agreement with you;
(4) If you close your account;
(5) If we no longer provide products and services for you.

After you delete your information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information in system backup, but we will delete such information during system backup and update.

Change the scope of your authorization
You can revoke your permission that authorizes us to collect, use and/or disclose your personal information we have held or controlled by submitting a request. You can contact us for related operations according to the contact information specified in Section XIV. We will deal with your request within a reasonable time upon you request, and will no longer collect, use and/or disclose your personal information from then on according to your request. Close the account
You can apply for closing your Shengquan Group account by submitting a request. We will not set unreasonable conditions to prevent you from closing your account. However, if closing your account will affect the legitimate rights and interests of you or others, for example, there are goods to be received by you, some services have been paid but have not expired, etc., we will judge and inform you whether your request is supported based on your use of services provided by Shengquan Group.

Closing your account will affect your normal use of all related applications and services. We hereby kindly remind you that your behavior of closing your account will bring you a lot of inconvenience in your subsequent use of services provided by Shengquan Group. Upon you close your account, we will stop providing services for you, and your personal information will remain not to be retrieved or accessed, or will be anonymized, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. If you log in quickly through a third-party account, you need to contact the third party to handle the relevant matters.

If you have decided to give up your account after thorough consideration, and meet all conditions for closing an account, you can contact us according to the contact information specified in Section XIV for relevant operations. Once the Shengquan Group account is closed, it cannot be recovered. Please back up all information and data related to your Shengquan Group account before operation. Shengquan Group will not bear any liability for the adverse impact caused to you by your application for closing your account.
We usually provide access, correction, update and deletion services free of charge, but reserve the right to charge reasonable fees for your data access request.

X. How We Deal with the Personal Information of Minors
Our products, websites and services are mainly for adults. For the personal information of minors collected with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, we will use or publicly disclose it only when permitted by law, explicitly agreed by their parents or guardians, or necessary for protecting these minors.

If we find that we have collected the personal information of minors without the prior consent of their verifiable parents or guardians, we will try to delete relevant data as soon as possible. If the parents or guardians are convinced that minors have submitted their personal information to Shengquan Group without their prior consent, please contact us to delete such personal information and guarantee that minors will unsubscribe from any applicable service of Shengquan Group.

The personal information collected and generated in the People’s Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.

XII. Scope of Inapplicability of This Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to the products and services provided by third parties. The products and services of Shengquan Group may include products and services of third parties and links to third-party websites. Your information may also be collected when you use these products or services. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you should spend time reading the privacy policies of relevant third parties, just like reading our policy. We will not be liable for how third parties use your personal information collected from you, nor can we control their use.
